MyCyFAPP
Project summary
MyCyFAPP focuses on promoting and maintaining adequate nutritional behaviours by promoting an active role of the patient. The set of digital tools created for patients and their caregivers aim at increasing their knowledge of the disease by offering them tools for self-managing their nutrition.
MyCyFAPP has developed a set of digital tools scientifically based, for helping patients with cystic fibrosis and their families to self-manage the nutritional aspects of the disease with the close supervision of their healthcare professional team.
Tools developed within MyCyFAPP have a key role as a decision support system. Based on scientific evidence, the tools allow for a continuous follow-up and establishing interventions if needed, improving the quality of life of patients together with economic saves for the families and the Health System.
