Construction errors in the heart
Project summary
What are the consequences of a construction error in the heart? About one in 100 babies is born with a congenital heart defect. Many of them receive treatment in the first weeks of life. But problems often arise later in life. Why and whether it can be prevented, researchers from Erasmus MC, among others, will investigate.
